This elevator system is horrible. MSC also has it that way. Picture standing in front of 6-8 elevators and only 1 of them is coming for you. 10 minute wait!!! Every time! We got so tired of waiting that we stopped taking the elevators and simply walked the stair for the rest of the cruise. Europeans must have a different definition for EFFICIENCY!

In January they opened a coffee bar in the Lido, excellent that we didn't have to go to the crows next for our specialty coffees

For the quieter forward decks, are their chairs there or standing room only?

Great video! I have lived in Saint John just about my entire life. I actually live on Water Street in the condo building across from the cruise terminal. Everyone I know definitely pronounces poutine ass poo-teen not poo-tin :)

I agree on the heated loungers, that was one of my favorite things, they are so relaxing! They still show them on the website for the thermal spa link & they talk about having them in the description - bummer. I just purchased the package last week for the cruise we’re going on next month. :/

We have three single people traveling and considering this ship with one interior room. I am hoping to get three twin beds, and am wondering from you: was the pullman bed comfortable? Would it fit a 5'3 adult? I'd rather have the pullman bed than a pull out couch (thinking bad bars in the middle! yikes)

We will be on this ship soon we have been on lots of carnival ships we get free laundry done so I find this so cool and the food is always good .

We ate at Canaletto on our 2022 cruise. I was not impressed with the food and did not like the ambience. Too bright and feels like you're in the buffet cafeteria. The tables are very squished together too. I felt like we were at the same table as our neighboring table. no personal space. Restaurants do that a lot nowadays to maximize profit but if it ruins the experience they may not return even if the food is good!

I really liked the old menu- not too impressed with this new one.

I've done MSC twice...once in "steerage" lol and once in Yacht Club. OMG what a difference!!! Food in Yacht Club is first class at every turn. Customized meals, you can request a lobster tail every single night, filet mignon daily, fresh squeezed juices, the list goes on. The food at the standard MSC buffets and dining rooms is extremely subpar to put it kindly.

WOW I am so impressed with how far Gage has come...he is the son of a cousin. Steve Griffin & Tommi Griffin have done an amazing job raising their children...Gage is definitely a people person & this job suits him so well.. What a great interview....My philosophy is..." if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life" with that said Gage Griffin does not work he enjoys life with people.

Loved listening to this interview. He was so knowledgeable about what was happening with his work and his team and how he handled the issues that he faced during his career and how he had to deal with the challenges of being a leader for the company and how he felt about the company. What he loved about the job and how it didn’t feel like a job. And I loved how at the end he talked about his mother and his father and his sister and his brother. He kept me very interested throughout and wanting to travel.
